  • drove 5,814,077 fleet miles;
  • maintained an EMR (Experience Modification Rate) of 0.546, indicating that FES is operating at an elite safety level, allowing the Company to pay substantially less for workers’ compensation insurance than its competitors;
  • achieved a Samsara (telematics and AI dash cams) fleet safety score of 96 out of 100, reflecting that our fleet operates at an elite tier (most commercial fleets consider above 90 as the goal); and
  • reported ZERO environmental NOVs (Notices of Violation), citations, or fines.

FES maintains an A grade with ISNetworld (indicating that FES has achieved elite health, safety and regulatory requirements) and a Green rating with Veriforce (indicating audited compliance at the highest level with OSHA logs, insurance certificates, safety programs, etc.).

The Company utilizes modern fleet management and telematics technology, including AI dash cams) through Samsara to support operational visibility, driver accountability, coaching initiatives when indicated, and continuous safety improvement efforts across fleet operations.
